All orders are fulfilled and shipped through a third-party distributor. Once an order has left our facility, we are not responsible for any delays, damages, lost packages, or other shipping-related issues. By placing an order, customers acknowledge and accept this policy.

Please note:

We are not liable for incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer. Please double-check all address details before submitting your order.
We are not responsible for packages marked as “delivered” by the carrier but not received by the customer.
Claims related to missing or damaged shipments must be submitted within 21 days of the shipping date. Claims made after this window may not be eligible for support.
Any requests found to be fraudulent or inconsistent with tracking data may be denied.

Return & Exchange Policy
